• Billing Countries: Define rules for certain countries; apply globally if not selected.
• Shipping Countries: Rules apply to selected shipping countries; they apply globally if not selected. 
• Amount Range: The rules will be applied to the specified order total and will be ignored if empty or 0. 
• Quantity Limit: Define the quantity threshold to apply the autocomplete rule; ignored if left empty or 0.
