Answer your customers’ common questions right on the website without having them call you. FAQs pay off in the long run by delivering more sales, since customers will only convert if their queries are solved. Frequently asked questions module for Joomla by FME allows you to add FAQs on your website easily, which are displayed in a very user-friendly design.
This Joomla FAQ plugin creates a separate page for FAQs on your website. You can add content to this page for search engines. Furthermore, all the questions are categorized into topics, which you can create as per your requirements.
FAQ page displays questions and answers within their respective topics in an Accordion. This helps customers find and read answers without having to scroll down back and forth. Click on any FAQ category to view its content on a separate page including sub categories rather than all being on one page.
Let’s briefly outline the features of different parts of this FAQ extension. Each section shows basic information in a grid from where you can quickly perform basic actions such as mark as featured, move to trash etc.
